Broward RP - Hitman RP Code of Conduct

General Rules

• All certified civilians participating in Hitman RP must follow the general server rules of Broward RP.
• Hitman RP must be conducted professionally and realistically to enhance the roleplaying experience.
• Metagaming (using out-of-character knowledge to influence in-game decisions) and Powergaming (forcing unrealistic or unfair actions onto others without giving them a chance to respond) is strictly prohibited.

Becoming a Hitman

• Only Certified Civilian's are permitted to engage in Hitman RP.
• All users doing hitmen activity must have "!HITMAN" within their discord nickname.
• Hitmen must work alone; contracts must be completed solo unless given permission by Broward staff or a Civ Ops Admin+.

Accepting Contracts

• Contracts must include valid RP reasons in order to be justified, players cannot call a hit without prior in-game interactions or a valid roleplay reason.
• The minimum bounty amount for a contract is $5,000 in Broward economy cash.
• Hitmen must verify contracts with the targeted party within #game-chat in the main Broward County Roleplay Server before execution. e.g., 'You have a hit placed on you. Do not use this information to metagame as you would have no in-game knowledge of this contract.'

Executing a Hit

• Hitmen must gather video proof of their target from a prior interaction and plan their attack realistically (e.g., stalking, disguises, distractions).
• Hits must be executed in a realistic manner; mass shootings or excessive violence are prohibited.
• Hitmen must leave the scene immediately after execution; excessive killing beyond the target is not allowed.
• If a hitman is arrested or incapacitated before completing a hit, the contract is void.
• Killing in Safe Zones (Spawn, Police Stations, Hospitals, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
• Priority Rule: If priority status is enabled, a hitman must put the hit on hold until the priority is over.

Consequences and Punishments

• Breaking any Hitman RP rules will result in the following penalties:

  • 1st Offense: Verbal warning.
  • 2nd Offense: Removal of your Certified Civilian Status.

• Civ. Ops Staff reserves the right to modify punishments based on severity.

Staff Oversight

• All hitman-related activities are subject to staff review at any time.
• If a hitman is found abusing the system, they may be removed from the status of Certified Civilian depending on the severity.
• Any disputes regarding contracts or punishments must be handled through Civ Ops ticket support.
